Past midnight... Lighting became dark. The audience was impressed that the gig started immediately. Many people in the audience started cheering. Közi and Haruhiko came on stage. "Nervous and Innocence" started! But!! Suddenly the introduction stopped. Silence........... I screamed in my heart! "Haruhiko-san!! Közi!! Please don't get angry!!". The silence lasted several seconds. But I felt it "eternal". Immediately, the introduction started again. I felt relieved.

I think the quality of the sound was the best (the first problem was excepted). Haruhiko's voice is such a mellow voice and was fascinating to the audience as usual. The people who were first seeing Közi after such a long time looked up at him intently, and were struck with admiration. The stage was large (looked like the one in CLUB MONDO /Stockholm /2003 July 25). They moved about on the large stage in order to satisfy the audience who visited just to see EoD. There were very few smiles on their faces. I felt they were not relaxed... they were earnest and eager. There was probably a great feeling of strain for their first gig in Japan. Haruhiko talked in English and Közi did not speak as usual.

Haruhiko had on an alice auaa dress (probably the dress he wore at WGT / Leipzig /2002 May 19). Közi had on a black jacket (?) or black shirt and corset. He was wearing a large winding collar with some kind of decoration around his neck (sorry, I was looking at them from the back so I do not know its details - please look at Yuko's photos).

After they performed five songs, Haruhiko said "See You" and they left the stage. Much of the audience shouted intensely, "Közi!!" "Haruhiko!!" "EoD"... After a while, they returned to the stage. Közi had on the limited T-shirt of the tour at the time of the encore. They played "You Killed Me First". After they played Haruhiko said "See you next time in Tokyo", shook their hands and left the stage again. Közi made a respectful bow, like a medieval knight. And then he pulled his T-shirt lightly, and pointed at the back in the hall to the counter with the T-shirts. He indicated by this lovely gesture "Everybody! Buy it!!" Then, he left the stage also.

The gig was very short. But, therefore, I thought that it must have made a big impact on the audience who saw them for the first time. And at the end, what should be mentioned especially is "Közi did not stumble today!!"...
